Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cela que nous avons choisi de travailler avec The Frontline Company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La marque MINI est diff\u00e9rente, plus inventive, plus rebelle et \u00e9tend volontiers cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit aux personnes qui travaillent pour elle. \u201cNotamment dans la mani\u00e8re dont nous touchons le client, qui doit refl\u00e9ter notre unicit\u00e9\u201d, explique Peter Van Hoylandt. \u201cLe Salon de l\u2019Auto est le lieu de contact id\u00e9al pour nous pr\u00e9senter aux personnes qui ne connaissent pas ou pas bien Mini. Nous voulons donner aux visiteurs le sentiment que nous sommes diff\u00e9rents et que Mini n\u2019est pas une marque \u2018ordinaire\u2019. Pour concr\u00e9tiser cet objectif, nous avons besoin de gens capables de d\u00e9gager ce cachet pr\u00e9cis sur le stand. Nous les avons trouv\u00e9s chez The Frontline Company, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019event staffing qui apporte un soutien parfait \u00e0 nos activit\u00e9s commerciales et de consolidation d\u2019image. Ils per\u00e7oivent \u00e0 la perfection quels types de personnes correspondent \u00e0 l\u2019image que Mini souhaite cr\u00e9er, ce qui n\u2019est pas vraiment \u00e9vident. Naturellement, l\u2019apparence compte mais cela va bien au-del\u00e0. Ils doivent avoir quelque chose de \u2018diff\u00e9rent\u2019 en eux, tant au niveau visuel que culturel et comportemental, et avoir d\u2019excellentes comp\u00e9tences linguistiques dans les deux langues nationales. Les gens peuvent faire la diff\u00e9rence, y compris \u00e0 court terme, car le Salon de l\u2019Auto ne dure que 10 jours. Une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s courte en soi pour faire passer notre message \u00e0 des clients potentiels. Une mission pourtant accomplie \u00e0 la perfection gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration de The Frontline Company.\u00a0 Nous n\u2019avons pas une relation client-fournisseurs classique avec Anntje Peeters mais un partenariat solide qui renforce les deux entreprises. Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir travailler avec elle et son personnel talentueux.\u00a0 Nous entretenons une communication ouverte, qui nous permet de combiner notre exp\u00e9rience du secteur automobile et leur savoir-faire au niveau du comportement des clients en un accord parfait. Nous pouvons \u00e9galement compter sur un feedback critique, un input tr\u00e8s important pour MINI qui nous permet d\u2019ajuster les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 venir si n\u00e9cessaire.
