Working at The Frontline Company: From Host(ess) to Brand Ambassador

At The Frontline Company, you’ll work at some of Belgium’s most exciting events, trade shows, and brand activations. But which role suits you best? Here are three of our most popular positions.

Host(ess): Where Every Guest Experience Begins

As a Host(ess), you are the first point of contact for visitors and the face of an event, exhibition, or activation. You welcome guests, assist with registrations, and make sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

Thanks to your friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and professional appearance, you help create a positive visitor experience from start to finish.

Product Specialist: The Event Expert

As a Product Specialist, you’re the go-to person for everything related to a brand, product, or service. Visitors rely on you for accurate information, and thanks to your training and preparation, you can confidently answer their questions and guide them in the right direction.

This role is all about communication, customer service, and product knowledge.

Brand Ambassador: The Face of the Brand

As a Brand Ambassador, you go beyond simply providing information. You bring a brand to life and create meaningful connections with visitors. You actively engage with people, tell the story behind a product or service, and deliver memorable brand experiences.

Your enthusiasm, confidence, and communication skills make you the perfect representative of a brand.
